Special Assembly on Mathematics
A Special Assembly was conducted on Mathematics to emphasize the importance of mathematics and to Honor the great mathematician Sri Srinivasa Ramanujan. Students presented various activities to make mathematical concepts interesting, meaningful, and enjoyable.
A quiz was also conducted to test students’ mathematical knowledge. Students from different classes actively participated and answered questions confidently, making the session interactive and engaging. It enhanced students’ understanding of mathematical concepts and encouraged active participation. The Principal Ma’am appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers and motivated them to continue learning mathematics with interest and confidence.
Language Builds Character
An advocacy programme on “Language & Society” was conducted at IZM Sajjadiyya (Canada) Girls High School by students from Focus High School. The programme was organised to create awareness among students about the importance of using responsible and respectful language in daily life.
The session included confident anchoring, a speech titled “Language Builds Character”, meaningful skit performances, and creative poster presentations. Through real-life examples and interactive performances, students highlighted how language influences behaviour, relationships, and society. The programme concluded with reflective messages encouraging students to think before speaking and to use language that promotes kindness, responsibility, and integrity.
Special Assembly : Theme EVS
The Special Assembly on EVS was conducted with the themes “How Plants Grow” and “How We Are Spoiling the Earth.” The program covered major environmental topics related to air, water, animals, humans, and plants, helping students build strong awareness about nature and responsibility.
Students from Classes 2, 3, and 4 delivered a tremendous performance, speaking confidently without holding any paper. They represented different elements of nature—water, air, animals, humans, and trees—and expressed apologies for the harm caused to the environment.
Urdu Day Celebration
The Urdu Day celebration for Classes 8 and 9 was held with great enthusiasm and respect for the Urdu language. The programmer was beautifully organized under the guidance of Ms. Amina (Class 8) and Ms. Rehana (Class 9). The presence of Principal Ma’am, Vice Principal Ma’am, and Sajid Sir added grace and encouragement to the event.
The programmer began with a soulful Tilawat-e-Quran, followed by a heartfelt Naat-e-Pak, creating a spiritually uplifting environment. The anchor then presented a warm Welcome Note, introducing the purpose of Urdu Day.
The audience enjoyed expressive Poetry Recitation. A Short Skit on Urdu tahzeeb and adaab was presented next, highlighting moral values and respectful communication. Both teachers shared their Teacher’s Messages, appreciating student efforts and motivating them to preserve the beauty of Urdu.
FHS Math Olympiad
The Ramanujan Math Olympiad 2025–26 was held on 23 November 2025 at Focus High School, Purani Haveli Campus. A total of 20 students from Classes 8, 9, and 10 of IZM Girls’ High School participated with great enthusiasm and dedication. The students competed across three categories—Math Wizard, Math Explorer, and Both—demonstrating a strong interest in mathematical learning and competitive exploration.
Participants presented a wide range of mathematical topics, including Probability, Eulerian Path, Statistics, Ratio and Proportion, Discount, Square and Cube Root Tricks, Multiplication Strategies, Application of Perimeter–Area–Volume, and other concept-based activities. Their presentations reflected developing conceptual understanding, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
E-Shram Campaign
The Focus Service-Learning “e-Shram” activity at IZM Sajjadiya (Canada) Girls High School in October 2025 aimed to educate students about the e-Shram initiative, which is a government platform supporting unorganized workers in India. Chief Guest Ms. Tasneem and student leaders contributed to raising awareness on how the platform benefits millions of workers.
Focus Service-Learning e-Shram : The event introduced students to the objectives and features of the e-Shram portal, highlighting the role of digital identity in accessing social security and welfare schemes. The session included informative displays and talks that detailed modes of registration, types of benefits, and the importance of financial inclusion for marginalized workers.
Vocation Career Education Council
CREST Programme held in October 2025 at IZM Sajjadiya (Canada) Girls High School was organized by the Vocation Career Education Council for Grade 10 students. Ms. Tasneem, Ms. Sophia, and Mr. Rizwan, who inspired students through their insights on career readiness and future opportunities.
Grade 10 sessions concluded with a successful “Our Future Our Plan Showcase” during the Parent-Teacher Meeting. Students presented Career Action Plans to parents, sparking engaging discussions. Parents showed keen interest, asking questions and addressing concerns. The event fostered collaboration, helping students refine plans and build confidence in their future paths.
Painting competition on conserving water

The Painting Competition on Conserving Water was organized to raise awareness among students about the importance of saving water and using it wisely. Participants beautifully expressed their ideas through creative artworks showcasing themes like rainwater harvesting, avoiding water wastage, and protecting natural water resources. The event inspired students to take personal responsibility for conserving water in their daily lives.
Poster making on segregation of wastage suggested by NSPC
The Poster Making Activity on Segregation of Wastage was conducted to help students understand how to separate wet, dry, and other waste properly. Students drew posters showing three bins — green for wet waste, blue for dry waste, and red for other waste. They showed good creativity and shared ideas on keeping the school and surroundings clean. Prizes and green cards were given to the best posters to encourage students.
Masoom Summit
The Young India Masoom Summit – Abhayam 2025 for Child Safety held in Hyderabad. The event focused on spreading awareness about child protection and the initiatives taken by the government to ensure children’s safety. The summit included insightful sessions by expert facilitators who discussed physical and emotional safety, as well as the growing importance of cybersecurity in safeguarding children in the digital world.
Telugu Day
IZM Sajjadiya (Canada) Girls High School celebrated Telugu Day with devotion and respect for the mother tongue. The program was held in the presence of the Principal Madam and Vice Principal.
Students recited a Telugu poem and delivered a speech in Telugu, highlighting the richness of the language. A skit on the value of education was also performed, spreading the important message that every child should go to school and gain knowledge.
Special Assembly by Moulana Akhtar Abbas Jaun
A special assembly was conducted at IZM Sajjadiya (Canada) Girls High School. The highlight of the program was the inspiring speech delivered by H. I. Moulana Akhtar Abbas Jaun. He addressed the students on the importance of discipline, self-change, and effective time management. He emphasized the value of utilizing one’s study hours wisely, particularly in the evening (7–9 pm) and after Fajr prayer in the morning. His message motivated students to bring about positive changes in their lives, focus on education, and lead a purposeful and disciplined lifestyle.
Time Management Session
Speaker: Moulana Ghulam Hussain Matto
A two-day enriching session on Time Management was held at IZM Sajjadiya (Canada) Girls High School . The program was conducted by the renowned speaker Moulana Ghulam Hussain Matto, who addressed students on the essential skills of managing time effectively, both in academic and personal life.
The speaker emphasized that time is a trust from Allah (SWT) and should be utilized wisely. He encouraged students to create daily routines, prioritize Salah, avoid distractions and dedicate fixed hours for studies. His talk blended practical tips with spiritual insight, making it highly relatable for young learners.
The second day’s session reinforced the key messages, provided reflection activities, and allowed for further student interaction. The repetition helped deepen understanding and motivate students to put the tips into action.
Telangana Formation Day
Our school celebrated Telangana Formation Day with speeches and patriotic songs. The event was marked by a spirit of respect and pride, as students and staff came together to honor the formation of the state. A series of well-prepared speeches were delivered by students, reflecting on the rich cultural heritage, history, and progress of Telangana since its inception. These speeches helped create awareness among the students about the state’s journey and its importance in India’s federal structure.
Theme-based school assembly – Kindness
A special school assembly was conducted on various themes kindness, empathy, environmental awareness, cultural diversity, and mental health. Students presented skits, speeches, newspaper readings, thoughts for the day, and songs. The event fostered awareness, creativity, and unity among students. The assembly highlighted students’ talents and teamwork, making it an educational and enjoyable experience. Class teachers were rated for coordination and theme execution.
Distribution of Tablets to 10th Standard Students
A glitter has come on their faces. They have started taking care of the tablets and their overall behavior has improved.
The opinion of the teachers and principal has changed, after observing the students and now there is confidence and hope for overall improvement.
“Save Tree Save Life”
HarithaHaram Program
- On 12th July a program was organized by the Students of Primary, middle and high school to enrich the knowledge of green plants and the importance of sustainable living.
- Highlighting the above students performed role plays, skits, speech in various languages.
- The Students of class VIII – X participated in planting Saplings.
- 200 saplings were successfully planted by the students in the school premises.

COUNSELLING
- To improve the mental health and importance of education in our students, counseling session was held on 31st July for the students of class IX & X.
- Nikhat Fatima child psychiatrist was called for the same.
AUGUST 2019
- On 4th of August our students of class X were called to participate in debate competition organized by Salar-e-Millet.
- 6 students participated from our school, Marzia Jaffery won bronze medal.
SEPTEMBER 2019
- On 19th September The Indian Talent award was given to Fatima Banu VI-B. She also received medal, Rupees 500 cash & merit certificate.
- Our teachers were also appreciated with Inspiring Teachers awards.

A Healthy Mind in a Healthy body
Mr. Arif Aladdin the Member of Education Committee has taken a good initiative of arranging a medical camp at IZM S (C) GHS. On 11th Nov 2019 & 16th NOV 2019. Doctors from Govt of Telangana Health & Family Welfare Department Rashtriya Bal Swasthiya Karyakran (RBSK) Screening Tool and Refegal card for children (6 – 18 Yrs). A Team of Doctors i.e., Dr.Lavanya, Dr. Habeeba Begum, Dr. Shafeeq along with 2 nurses did medical checkup.
