Mr. Syed Mohammed Ali Irfan is a professional with 20+
years of experience in the corporate sector, currently
working as a “Director – Head of Business Quality”
team for the Optum Global Advantage (Part of Unitedhealth
Group) across geographies like India, Philippines,
Puerto Rico and Colombia.
Worked with GE Capital as a Manager for training and
operations prior to joining UHG.
My overall experience ranges to departments, I have
supported in Operations, Training, Transitions and
Operational Excellence.
Have been a part of and lead multiple Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) activities, ranging from Orphanages
to School to the Aids patients care. This did open
me up to see if I could be of any help to our community
as it does need the privileged people to come forward
and do the right things for the under privileged
specially in line of education, employment and medical
help.
