Mr. Sajid Merchant is a management professional with 25 years of experience across industries including education, automobiles, and healthcare. A goal-oriented and creative individual with strong leadership skills, he began his career as an IT professional in 1996 and transitioned to Human Resources in 2005 to pursue his passion for learning and development.

He began his journey in behavioural training for the education sector and designed an Entrepreneurship Development Programme for business school students. He also worked with Volvo as a Senior Training Manager, achieving a 100% completion rate for e-learning modules among technical and sales staff.

His core competencies include managing an organisation’s entire training function and analysing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programmes. He also specialises in instructional design, content development, and competency mapping.
