Dr. Syed Nawazish Mehdi  is a Dean Faculty Training and Development & a Senior Professor & Advisor, Mech. Engg. Dept., Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology, a Ph.d Supervisor – Osmania University, JNTUH, Mewar University & Singhania University and “Principal Investigator of Research Project – AICTE. He is the member of Board of studies of JNTUH (Energy Studies), LIET(A), and few other institutions. His total experience in teaching is more than 38+ years. Achievements: Awarded Research Project of 6 Lakhs awarded by AICTE under R & D scheme 2002-03 “Design modifications in IC-Engines to use Hydrogen fuel”. Completion report submitted to AICTE in April 2006.1.Solar Elective Cars 2.Hybrid Vehicle 3.Regenerative Braking systems & 4.VCR – Engine – funded by A.P. State Council of Science & Technology.

Ph. D Candidates produced = 10+, presently guiding 6+. His Publications are 86+ International & National levels Journals/Conferences/seminars etc., Patents = 2 Text Books = 4. Participated in more than 50 Conferences, Seminars, Training Programs & Workshops. Received ENGINEERING SEVA RATNA AWARD by ECIF, Gold Medal by Madina Education Society, Life Achievement Award, Man of the Year 2002, Best Faculty Counselor Award 2022 Leading Engineers of the World 2007, Many Certificates of Appreciation for the best guest lectures delivered, in India and Abroad for FDPs.  He is a Member of IZES since Sept. 2011 and IZM since June 2017. Vice President of IZM/IZES since June 2022 to Sept 2023.
